Project brief form

The project brief form does not send its contents to a server. Fields remain in the current browser tab; preparing a brief creates a local download only. Reloading or closing the page clears the draft. No advertising trackers or social-feed embeds have been added. First-party scorecard measurement is described below.

Hosting and external links

The hosting service may process technical request information to operate and secure the website. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn links take you to external services with their own privacy practices. Fonts, images and animation assets are served from this website.

Scorecard and newsletter requests

You can take the scorecard and download results without giving your email. If you request an emailed copy, we store your first name, email, optional business name and website, answers-derived scores, submission time and source. Optional newsletter requests are recorded separately from results requests. A request is not a confirmed subscription. Email delivery and HubSpot sync are currently pending setup; no automated email is sent from these forms. We intend to use HubSpot to manage requested communications once configured. We do not infer newsletter consent from being a prospect or customer.

Measurement and security

We record assessment starts, completed submissions, successful request saves and recommended-service clicks with random assessment identifiers. These event records contain no email, name, business details or website address. Valid campaign tags are stored with an assessment to understand its source. Do not put personal information in campaign tags. We do not record a booking-link click as a completed booking or an unconfirmed newsletter request as a subscription. For abuse prevention, a short-lived hash of the request network address limits repeated requests; raw network addresses are not saved in this application's scorecard database. Your host may separately process technical logs.

Optional email invitation and external tools

On reading and service pages, an optional email invitation may appear after you have spent time reading. You can dismiss it or press Escape. A session-only browser preference prevents repeat automatic invitations during the same tab session. The invitation uses the same optional request form and privacy choices described above. Our resources page links to external tools with their own privacy terms. Any future commission-bearing link is identified beside the link; standard provider links do not earn us commission.

Your choices

Newsletter consent is optional and unchecked. Asking for results does not enroll you in marketing. Email johnny@whitingmedia.com to withdraw a request, request access or deletion, or stop communications. We retain saved requests while needed to fulfil them and manage your stated preferences; contact us if you want a pending request removed. Access to saved requests is restricted to the site owner.

Referral accounts and checkout

Referral registration stores your site-specific sign-in ID, email, chosen code and Stripe connected account ID. Orders, billing names/emails, opaque payment-card fingerprints when supplied by Stripe, verification findings and commission records are stored to attribute payments, detect self-referrals, handle refunds and support payouts. Authorized Whiting Media reviewers can inspect referral records before approving a commission. Stripe processes payment and payout details under its own privacy policy. We do not store card or bank details. Shared referral links prefill a code; no tracking cookie is set.

Email enquiries

When you email your brief, its contents are sent through your email provider to Whiting Media. Include only information needed to discuss your project; do not include passwords or payment-card details. Contact us with questions about information you have shared.
